Diamond Grind Athletics is offering elite group sessions throughout the month of November. These sessions provide catchers with an excellent opportunity to grow as a catcher both mentally and physically. Topics of training will include:

-Catcher specific strength and agility

-Fundamental development in receiving, blocking, and throwing.
