In Position Training, we focus on each players "Primary" or "Secondary" position(s). Developing all areas of the game from the physical side, mechanics/fundamentals and the mental side w/ decision making/approach. 

AGES 13U-18U

Workouts will be 1.5 hours covering defense, hitting mechanics, offensive approach, and conditioning.
